DTZ brand shines on landmark office buildings in Shenzhen, China.

Overview

Shenzhen Dinghe Building is a grade A office building which offers approximately 137,000 sq m of office space. It will be one of the landmark buildings in Shenzhen upon completion.
Designed by the renowned architectural firm Nikken Sekkei, Shenzhen Taiping Finance Tower (pictured) will provide around 130,000 sq m of office space in its 48 storeys. Construction of this 228 m office tower, which is next to the City Hall of Futian District at the heart of the Shenzhen CBD, started in May 2011. The building will be well connected by public transportation.
