David Herzog has been appointed as a Director in DTZ’s West End team. Working with Richard Howard and Craig Norton, who lead the West End team, David will be responsible for key disposal instructions and tenant representation services.

David joins the team from DTZ’s Global Corporate Services business, where he has worked for six years, two years as a Director, handling transaction management for leading global corporate occupiers. David has worked at DTZ for 11 years, having joined as a graduate. He was previously in the City agency team for four years and has also spent time in the West End professional advisory team.

Richard Howard said: “David is extremely well regarded both within DTZ and by his clients. We are looking forward to capitalising on his senior level experience and knowledge of corporate occupiers, which will bring great strength to both our disposal and acquisition services, and benefit our clients.”

David Herzog said: “Having been involved in high level strategic deals with global corporate occupiers for the last six years, gaining in-depth knowledge of their needs and motivations, I am very much looking forward to returning to the coal face and bringing my experience to bear on lettings and acquisitions in the West End.”

David takes up his new role in September.
