Overview
Since June 2008, DTZ has been providing facilities and property management services to the Ghelamco Class A Logistics Complex, with total area 27,500 sq m of warehouses. The 6 ha site is located on one of the main highways on the West of Kiev in the direction of Kiev–Zhytomir, 24 km from the Kiev border on the entrance to Kopylov village of the Makarovskiy region.
What DTZ did
DTZ, with the help of a 24x7 onsite team consisting of 10 highly qualified technicians, provides a full range of facilities and management services for the logistics complex:
- Warehouse maintenance
- Territory cleaning
- Building engineering maintenance
- Snow clearance
- Additional project management to the Tenant
- On-site janitorial services
- Tenants management
Results
DTZ’s facilities management expertise managed to successfully minimise operational costs whilst implementing a number of maintenance and property improvements, with some capital alterations for Ghelamco.
